How I work

I work by really listening to what you have to say and how you feel. I don’t do that much talking. Instead I am focussed on being present with you, empathising with how you are feeling and accepting each and every part of you. I will from time to time be honest with you, bring out a part of you that perhaps you haven’t acknowledged. Together, at the pace that you set, we will explore who you are.

Sessions can either be held in a therapy space in Cardiff Bay:

113-116 Bute Street, Cardiff, CF10 5EQ.

Or held online using Google Meet.

Your pace.

I'm currently available Mondays - Wednesdays 9am-6pm.

I’m also available just online Fridays 9am-1pm.

You decide the schedule and you can have as many or few sessions as you'd like.

Your price.

Sessions are £60. Do let me know if cost is a barrier, I offer reduced rates for those who need it.
